• Pathway Provider Operational Framework: AIEI facilitates international online higher education strictly as an authorized pathway, advisory center, and external support infrastructure.
• Exclusion of Degree-Conferring Power: AIEI does not possess independent charter authority to evaluate, issue, or confer formal academic degrees or state-accredited diplomas.
• Affiliate Institutional Rights: All academic credits, degrees (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D., DBA), and Honorary Titles (Honorary Doctorates/Professorships) are evaluated, managed, and officially conferred solely by our designated partner universities holding recognized regional accreditation in the United States or equivalent quality assurance validation in Europe.
2. Scientific Research, Academic Integrity, and Ethics
• Enforcement of Institutional Honor Code: AIEI enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism, unauthorized AI-generated fabrications, data falsification, and academic dishonesty.
• Scientific Advisory Limits: Our mentoring for journals indexed in Scopus and ISSN is strictly structural, methodological, and advisory. AIEI does not ghostwrite academic papers, nor does it guarantee acceptance, publication, or automatic citation indexes, as editorial sovereignty rests exclusively with the independent journals.
• Adherence to Global Standards: All thesis and dissertation consulting programs comply completely with institutional guidelines of the degree-conferring home university.
3. Financial Regulatory Compliance & Risk Acknowledgment
• Strict Educational Classification: All programs, courses, webinars, and masterclasses under the Elite Professional & Financial Investment Training division (including Short-Term and Long-Term Stock Trading & Investing) are classified exclusively as specialized economic and professional education.
• Non-Advisory Status (FINRA/SEC/CFTC Compliance): AIEI, its leadership, and its instructional staff are educators and researchers. No content on this platform constitutes a customized solicitation, brokerage service, investment advisory, portfolio management, or trade execution signal.
• Investor Accountability: Financial markets carry inherent systemic risks. Users and scholars bear 100% of the responsibility for capital risk, financial exposure, or asset allocations executed within their personal investment portfolios.
